We are in search of suitable candidate to fill the position based at Miri, region of Sarawak


1. Senior Architect

The Job:
The successful candidate will highlight discrepancies in drawing of lacking areas to ensure smooth delivery of project. He will also be responsible to carry out design proposals, working drawing, prepare tender documents and carry out site supervison

Requirements:
➤ Possess Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture
➤ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architectural practice
➤ Sound knowledge of contractual procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements
➤ Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with consultants, contractors and authorities
➤ Self-disciplined, responsible, self-motivated and dynamic personality
